Translation pricing
Competitive rates, uncompromising quality
Prices for certified translations:
- Certification (per document): € 15
- Minimum order value (without certification): € 50
- Service fee for in-person submission: 15 €
Additionally, a 19% value-added tax (VAT) is applied to all prices. A minimum flat fee is charged for all translations, even if they are small. This is because all projects, regardless of size, require a minimum time investment.
The easiest and fastest way to place an order is by email. Simply send us the document to be translated as a scan or a clearly legible PDF file. This allows us to review your request directly and assign it to the appropriate translator.
If documents are submitted in person at our office, additional processing steps are required, such as receiving the documents, scanning them and recording the order details. We therefore charge a service fee for in-person submission.
As our translators are based throughout Germany, postage costs for sending the completed certified translation are charged separately.
