How much does a translation cost?

The costs of the translation depend on the following criteria:
•    Number of words
•    Language 
•    Complexity of the text
•     Translations present in the translation memory

What is included in the price?

Our base price includes the following services:

•    Translation
•    Internal quality assurance
•    Project management
•    Checking the consistency of terminology
•    Checking customer specifications
•    Rough layout

Additional services (for example comprehensive proofreading) are available on request. 

Which additional costs can be incurred?

If the translation requires an unusually large amount of research, this can lead to additional costs. In some circumstances, the file you have sent us must be prepared or converted. If this is the case, additional costs are incurred. However, this only takes place after we have discussed it with you.

Can you also translate texts at short notice and is there an extra charge for that?

Urgent translations are possible. If the time frame is very tight, we charge an express charge in some circumstances. 

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, even for small translations, we must charge a minimum amount since there is always a certain time expenditure for project management, quality control etc.
